RNJ Partnership LLP provide specialist services in the following disciplines:

• Chartered Quantity Surveying
• Project Management
• CDM Co-ordination
• Chartered Building Surveying
• Asbestos Surveying

The Partnership initially contacted QSP Solutions in August 2008 to develop a Health and Safety Policy. This was completed in September 2008.

RNJ Partnership then used the QSP Solutions as external consultants to develop a Quality Management System in May 2010. The Quality Management Systems was certified to ISO9001:2008 by Global Certification in August 2010.

QSP then maintained the QMS within RNJ Partnership.

At the beginning of 2011, RNJ Partnership requested QSP to manage a three phase program that involved gaining certification to:

• CHAS
• ISO14001:2004
• OHSAS18001:2007

Phase 1 – CHAS

 QSP Solutions and the relevant Partner at RNJ developed the CHAS application program that included the Health and Safety Policy, Risk Assessments and relevant training.

The application was submitted in April 2011.

 

Phase 2 – ISO14001:2004

The implementation of ISO14001 within RNJ Partnership commenced in July 2011.

A Gap Analysis to ISO14001 was conducted by QSP Solutions in order to establish the actions required by RNJ. The Gap Analysis report developed a full implementation program that included the development of environmental policies, procedures, legal registers and a full audit program.

The stage 2 audit to ISO14001:2004 was scheduled for the end of November 2011.

 

Phase 3 – OHSAS18001:2007

The implementation of OHSAS18001 within RNJ Partnership commenced in November 2011.

The stage 2 audit is scheduled for April 2012.
