Case Study: Roll Lift
Background
Roll Lift bv specialise in the engineered lifting and movement of heavy loads in accordance with customer and legal requirements.
The organisation is based in Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
In November 2011 the company took the strategic decision to go for certification to ISO9001:2008.
QSP Solutions were contacted and asked to provide a quotation for consultancy services in order to help the organization achieve certification. The QSP quotation was accepted by Roll Lift and work commenced in February 2012.
Our Approach
The ISO9001 Quality Management System within Roll Lift commenced in April 2012. Lloyds Register Quality Assurance were the certification body chosen.
The organization was certified to ISO9001:2008 by LRQA in August 2012.
Our Achievements
Roll Lift are the first organization outside the UK to be certified to ISO9001:2008 having used the consultancy services provided by QSP Solutions.
Roll Lift also used QSP Solutions to implement an Integrated Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. The organization was certified to ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in July 2014, again with LRQA.
